WILLIAMSBURG PROCEDURES
The Clubhouse will not be used as a shelter.
Within 24 hours of an impending hurricane strike to our area, the maintenance man will secure the property as follows:

- Clean up loose palm fronds, branches and debris on the property.
- Turn off irrigation pumps
- Take down flag, tennis net and secure hanging signs.
- Secure recycling bins and dumpsters.
- Secure doors to pump house (between building 1 & 5)
- All pool and patio furniture will be moved inside
- Grill will be moved inside.
- Turn off pool pump motor, lights and other equipment.
- Secure clubhouse office, unplug and cover office equipment.
- Turn off air condition and fans.
- Empty refrigerator and unplug.
RESIDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- All residents should secure their own property, including removal of objects from the balcony areas so they do not become missiles in the storm.
- Please be sure to have someone check your unit if you are a snow bird.
- Full time residents should refer to the HURRICANE PREPARDNESS FILE above.
- Please inform the condo office if you will be staying during the storm.
